Prices
All the prices are for 2 people per night, MeranCard inclusive.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning per apartment: 40,00-50,00 Euros
Final cleaning of the apartment house "Lanhäusl":  50,00 Euros

Prices for additional persons
For each additional person a surcharge of 15,00 Euros per day will be charged.

Children prices
Children are very welcome.
up to 3 years: free
from 4 to 10 years: 10,00 Euros per day,
from 10 to 17 years: 15,00 Euros per day.

Dogs
Dogs only on request, surcharge of 50,00 Euros per stay.

Bread service
We are happy to offer you also bread service on request (local South Tyrolean bread).

Local tax
NEW: From 1 January 2014, the local tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The local tax will be charged per guest (14 years and older) and overnight. The amount of this tax is 2,40 Euros per person and day.

Payment
A deposit before arrival is not requested. We ask you kindly to pay in cash. We do not accept credit cards.

Cancelation conditions
Up to thre months before arrival you can cancel free of charge. Then we charge 50% ot the total amount booked. In case of three days before arrival and no show we charge 100% of the booked package. Unless we can re-rent the apartment, a refund can be possible. If you stay less than 4 nights will be charged an extra 10%. We recommend to make a travel cancellation insurance. In case of early cancellation will we get back to the travel guest contract of the Italian law.
